As the Bank’s commitment towards excellent customer service delivery, NBS Bank is migrating to a new core banking system whose features ensure seamless banking transactions for all our customers. In order to migrate to the new system, there are a few processes that need to be followed before the migration.
TEMPORARY SERVICE DISRUPTION
There will be a downtime of services while others will be intermittent. Kindly be advised of the following:
- All in branch and digital services will not be available from 18:00 PM on 6th September until 06:00 AM on 7th September 2024.
- All NBS Bank Service Centers will be closed on Saturday 7th September and Sunday 8th September 2024.
- Our ATMs, POS and local cards services will be intermittent.
All our services will fully resume operations on 9th September 2024.
FRAUD ALERT
During this migration period, NBS Bank will not request any information from you therefore, do not give your personal banking credentials to fraudsters calling you from the Bank.
